AT Overland Equipment has been building expedition-ready gear in Prescott, Arizona for more than 16 years, starting as a trailer manufacturer and expanding into truck campers as demand from the North American overland community grew. Today, every Habitat, Summit, and Aterra product is designed, fabricated, and installed at their Prescott facility, where in-house specialists in electronics, welding, cabinet making, and fabrication work under one roof. The product family covers two distinct approaches to truck camping. The pop-up toppers, including the Habitat and Summit, use a combination of aluminum and composite construction with a canvas tent that deploys in seconds, keeping weight low and driving height manageable while opening up a full sleeping loft.
