Go Fast Campers builds ultralight hard-sided wedge campers in Manhattan, Montana. The V2 Pro and V2 Max are the company's two current models, both designed to live on your truck full-time, deploy in seconds, and handle daily driving as comfortably as they handle a forest service road.
Key things to know before you buy:
- Built in the USA: manufactured at GFC's Montana factory on a CNC-machined aluminum honeycomb spaceframe. Heavy on motorsports DNA, light on unnecessary features.
- Seriously light: the V2 Pro shell weighs ~275 lb, making it one of the lightest hard-sided wedge campers available, with minimal impact on suspension and fuel economy.
- V2 Pro from $7,950 / V2 Max from $10,950: the Pro is the proven no-frills platform; the Max adds about 18 inches of overhang and a stand-up cab pass-through with the bed deployed.
- Heat is now an option: GFC's own 4 kW diesel heater kit fits every V2 camper and starts at $3,199 (late 2026). Before that, cold-weather camping meant an aftermarket heater.
- Trans-Form-A-Floor interior: the floor system reconfigures into stand-up mode, solo bunk, or two-person layout depending on what you need.
GFC says lead times are coming down (November 2026). Ask for a target completion date before you put down a deposit.
